| 1. Can we choose our own music? |
| You can choose between 2 and 5 pieces of your favourite music depending on the package booked. The video should reflect your personality as a couple and should be personal and sentimental to you both. |

| 2. How long will the film last? |
| An average, church service, summer wedding film (diamonds and pearls package) will last around 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. This will vary depending on the type of service and package booked. |

| 3. Can we order extra copies? |
| We can produce extra copies of your film for you at any time from a master copy. We keep a master copy of each video for 3 years. After this you may have the option to purchase the master for your own safe keeping. |

| 4. How do we book? / Is a deposit required? |
| Once we have received your deposit of £50, the date is secured as yours. Bookings can be made by telephone, post or in person. |

| 5. When do we pay? |
| Once your deposit is received we require no further payment until you collect your completed film. If necessary, payments by installments can be arranged. |

| 6. How long before we see the finished product? |
| Our average turnaround for films is 2 - 4 weeks from your wedding day. Once your film is ready for collection we will invite you (and any family you choose to bring) to watch your beautiful black and white trailer. For the first time you will see yourselves, hollywood style, on our very own 'cinema' screen, an awesome and moving experience! |

| 7. Can we see a sample of your work? |
| Yes, We strongly recommend a demonstration of our work at our 'cinema' screen studio where you can have as in-depth or minimal showing as you feel necessary, with no obligation, in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. You are welcome to bring any family or friends with you if necessary. This is a good opportunity for us to spend time getting to know one another, which will help you feel relaxed and at ease with us on your day (this is a vital point as we are probably the only service who will be with you for your entire day). If, for any reason, you are unable to visit our studio, we will endeavour to arrange a home visit to suit yourselves. |
